1. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation email, when returning an item.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

3. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different one, please contact us at yoforevo@gmail.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item. Exchanges are subject to availability.

4. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
